With 130 years’ experience, our impartial advice is key to helping clients realise their successful projects on budget and on time.
Our business has grown to employ 1400 staff across 56 offices, 22 countries and 5 continents. We specialise in providing advisory and commercial, project and asset management services.
Operating a partnering principle with clients and project teams which focuses on controlling risk, we are currently managing over $1billion of construction in the Asia Pacific region. No other independent construction consultants have the same history, resources and financial strength to handle complex contracts, on a multinational or local basis.
Gleeds has worked in China since 1994, completing over 350 projects across the country. We work with clients both in the local market and internationally, across most sectors.
Our long experience in the area means we’re adept at finding solutions for local challenges. Our team has a reputation for professionalism and integrity, consistently ensuring that our clients’ interests are properly protected throughout each and every project.
